Important ProQuest Platform URL Update
2021-05-10 00:01:00 - 2021-05-10 23:59:00

On May 10, 2021, to optimize our SEO with Google and other search engines, ProQuest will begin redirecting all traffic from https://search.proquest.com to www.proquest.com.

The impact for most libraries will be minimal.

Customers with standard setups will have no issues accessing the platform. However, we recommend you review this support article to ensure your library doesn’t experience any issues.

In August 2020, we made www.proquest.com the new home of the ProQuest Platform to make it easier for users to remember the URL and connect with their library’s ProQuest content. To make this change as seamless as possible, we kept https://search.proquest.com running in parallel with www.proquest.com and did not enable redirects from the legacy domain—https://search.proquest.com. As noted above, starting on May 10, all traffic will be redirected to www.proquest.com.

Note this change only impacts ProQuest Platform databases and collections www.proquest.com. No other products will be impacted.

The following products will be impacted:
